The NEMEON Team is excited to invite you to NEMEON Prosper - the 2022 Annual Meeting.

If you have already registered - Thank you!  If not you have until December 23rd.

You can expect the Face-to-Face scheduling process to start in early January.  An email will be sent to all attendees.

The meeting will be held at the OMNI – ChampionsGate in Orlando, Florida March 1^st to 3^rd.

Registration process

**We have a NEW meeting portal on our website. You will need to have your login details for the NEMEON website to access the registration documents. If you need assistance, please reach out to John Reynolds at jreynolds@nemeon.com or 651-788-7814

Your login details are:

Username:  It is your first and last name with No space - for example, andivoelker

Password: Nemeon2021!

You will be required to reset your password upon your first login.

 1.  Register for the Meeting here:   Click Here for Meeting Registration

• To register:  Select the EVENTS tab and slide the Attending button to yes for each person attending the meeting.  It is important that you select your options for EACH PERSON and hit submit for each person attending.


• Optional Add Guest: You are welcome to bring a guest. If your guest is attending any of the meetings, please register them as an Attendee. If they are joining you at the receptions only then register as Guest.  This will allow for accurate headcounts.


• To Add an Attendee not listed: Select Add Attendee at the bottom of the page and fill in the information.  It is important that you select your options for EACH PERSON and hit submit for each person attending.


• All Attendees will receive a confirmation email letting them know they have been successfully registered for the event.


• You will be able to select your annual investment level during registration as well. Please see the attached document for detailed information. Contact Andi with questions.
  
  
  
  • For 2022, we did not want to increase the Standard investment amount but like everyone else, we are experiencing increased costs. Because of that, the Standard and Bronze Level will come with one Meeting attendee and a guest. Silver, Gold, and Platinum Levels include 2 Meeting attendees and 1 guest any additional attendees or guests will incur a fee. The Diamond Level is allowed up to 4 Meeting Attendees and 1 guest any additional attendees or guests will incur a fee. The cost to bring any additional attendees or guests will be $500 per person, this covers the cost of the food and receptions. There is no discount for additional attendees or guests this year.

Room Rate: The cost for a standard room is $279.00 plus tax (currently at 14.5%)

Resort fee: $15 per night

On the reservation website, the rate shown includes the resort fee, so it starts at $294.00 per night for a king or double.

All Meeting registrations and Hotel reservations must be completed by Thursday, December 23^rd.
