Dear Nemeon Members,


Going forward, all invoices and credits from our vendor partners will be transmitted directly to your LBMX platform in a secure, consistent, and searchable format. This streamlined delivery will enable you to manage supplier accounts more efficiently and easily integrate the data into your own systems.


While many of our suppliers are ready to go live, we are also working closely with others, who will be coming online in the months ahead. As new supplier partners become EDI-enabled, we will provide you with further updates and timelines.


What Do We Need From You?


As with any new system, there may be small challenges as our Supplier Partners make adjustments on their end. To help us ensure a smooth and seamless transition, we kindly request your assistance with the following after May 15th:



  1. Report Missing Invoices/Credits: If you notice that you’re receiving invoices or credits directly from any live Supplier Partners that are not showing up in the LBMX system, please notify us by emailing nemeonsupport@lbmx.com .

  2. Direct EDI Connections: Let us know if you currently have any direct EDI connections with Nemeon Supplier Partners.

  3. Submit Missing Documents: If you have missing invoices or credits, send copies to nemeonsupport@lbmx.com . Our dedicated support team will work with the Supplier Partners to ensure those items are properly added to the system and any root causes are addressed.

  4. Location Changes: Notify us anytime you add or remove a location by emailing nemeonsupport@lbmx.com .

  5. General Inquiries: For any general questions regarding the invoices and credits you receive, feel free to contact nemeonsupport@lbmx.com  .

As we move forward in our enhanced partnership with LBMX, we would like to invite you to join a series of upcoming webinars designed to support this transition.


These sessions will provide:
