| Body | ##firstname## Last week at the Nemeon Annual Meeting, I shared that we expected to see residential roofing price increases beginning in early April. Since then, Owens Corning has announced a price increase effective 4/1, and GAF has announced an increase effective 4/15. I would anticipate other shingle manufacturers will follow. Now is a good time to review your residential roofing inventory and consider placing orders ahead of these increases. There are also first-quarter roofing promotions currently available, so please be sure to check with us and ask your suppliers about any programs you may be able to take advantage of.
