One of our members has received notice of a settled Class Actioin Lawsuit for credit card processing fees charged between 2004 and 2019, and is being asked to claim his share.
Has anyone else seen these notices, and if so, have you acted on the claim? As you can imagine, 15 years worth of credit card processing adds up to a lot of money.
Please let me know if you've seen this, and especially if you've acted on it.
