The Roofing Industry recently received a surprise bit of news as early in 2024, Valero Energy has announced it is exiting the roofing asphalt market. Valero has long been one of the largest packaged asphalt providers in the country, especially in the gulf coast area. Their exit from the market will create a significant product void for BUR contractors in the area and beyond. 

At United Asphalts, we have taken this opportunity to upscale production of our products to ensure that commercial contractors have an alternative source for this important material. As you can see below, we have ample product on the ground that is ready to ship!
