The NEMEON Team is excited to invite you to the 2024 NEMEON PROSPER Meeting. The meeting will be held January 24th to the 26^th at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort in Bonita Springs, FL.

Registration is available now till Friday, December 1^st. 

The PROSPER meeting includes a Networking Happy Hour on Wednesday January 24^th and Thursday January 25^th we welcome Brian Beaulieu for an Economic Forecast, and the rest of the day will be spent in Face-to-Face meetings.  We wrap up with our Annual Celebration – it will be glowing!

Registration process

You will need to have your login details for the NEMEON website to access the registration documents.

1. Register for the Meeting here:   CLICK here to register for the MEETING PORTION

• To register:  Go to the Events Page and select the sign-up tab slide the Attending button to yes for each person attending the meeting.  It is important that you select your options for  EACH PERSON and hit submit for each person attending.


•  Optional Add Guest: You are welcome to bring a guest/spouse to the receptions. Please note fee.


• To Add a Meeting Attendee not listed: Select Add Attendee at the bottom of the page and fill in the information.  It is important that you select your options for EACH PERSON and hit submit for each person attending.


• All Attendees will receive a confirmation email letting them know they have been successfully registered for the event.

2. Reserve your hotel room: Click Here for Hotel Reservations


3. The Face-to-Face selection process will begin shortly after registration closes. The person you list as the representative will then be notified via email.


4. You will be able to select your annual investment level during registration. Please see the attached document for detailed information. Contact Andi with questions.

• For 2024, we did not want to increase the Standard investment amount but like everyone else we are experiencing increased costs. Because of that the Standard and Bronze Level will come with 1 Meeting attendee. Silver, Gold, and Platinum Levels include 2 Meeting attendees. Diamond Level is allowed up to 4 Meeting Attendees. The cost to bring any additional attendees or guest will be $750 per person, this covers the cost of the food, drink and receptions.

Hotel Information

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa

Room Rate: The cost for a standard room is $299.00 plus tax (currently at 14.5%)

Resort fee: $25 per night

On the reservation website the rate shown includes the resort fee, so it is $324.00 per night for a king or double.

All Meeting registrations and Hotel reservations must be completed by Friday, December 1^st.
