In 1961, Walter Marsh founded TAPCO Products Company. He developed the concept of aluminum trim fabrication and introduced the Port-O-Brake, the first portable bender offered to the market. This product launched the Companies line of professional installation tools and accessories. Today, Tapco products are manufactured in Imlay City, Michigan.
